SHIPPING

UPS, Canada Post, or Purolator.

We offer free shipping on Canadian orders above $99 (before taxes, and after any discounts are applied). Some conditions may apply.

Yes, we do! The cost of shipping is calculated at Checkout and does not include any incurred duty or customs charges.

Yes! If you’re interested in picking up your orders, please call us at 604-421-3987, or email us at hello@zenathletics.com to schedule a pickup.

Processing your orders may take up to 1-2 business days, while shipping itself will take up to 3-5 business days, depending on your location.

There are times where shipping companies are either backed up or receive more than normal the number of orders they have in a week. We will always provide you with a tracking number so you’ll know when they’ll arrive, or if a delay occurs, you can reach out to either UPS, Canada Post, or Purolator to find out what the cause is for the delay. 

RETURNS

We have 30 days return policy. Products should be unused and unopened with all packaging intact

Products should be returned with the shipping carton provided in original packaging in sellable condition. Shipping is usually paid by the customers unless an agreement has been made with the company.

Damaged products should not be used to avoid injuries. Please call us at 1-877-415-3425 or email hello@zenathletics.com to arrange an exchange

It usually takes 11 days to process a return after we received the products
