Orders are shipped via UPS, Canada Post, or Purolator.

Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout. We offer free shipping on Canadian orders above $99 (before taxes, and after any discounts are applied). Some conditions may apply.

Yes, we do! The cost of shipping is calculated at Checkout and does not include any incurred duty or customs charges.

We are only offering standard delivery service at this time.

Yes, local pickups are available in Vancouver BC! Select “Self-Pick Up” at checkout. Pick up location: 510 East Kent Avenue South, Vancouver V5X 4V6 Pick Up Hours: Mon-Fri 9am – 4:30pm (Except Statutory Holiday)

It takes approximately 1-2 business days to process your orders, while shipping could take 3-5 business days. Shipping varies depending on the location.

We’re unable to modify or edit once your order has been placed. If you have any issue with the order or shipping address, please email us at hello@zenathletics.com.

When your order has been prepared, we will send you an email with a UPS tracking number that you will be able to use on the UPS website to track your order. Tracking information on the UPS website will be updated once the order has been picked up from the warehouse.

Sometimes UPS, Canada Post, or Purolator are receiving and processing orders more than usual. Please use the tracking number to check the status of your order.

If you have not received your order, please make sure to check the progress of your order on the shipping companies’ website with the tracking information you received by email. If the information provided on the shipping companies’ website is not sufficient or erroneous, please contact us at hello@zenathletics.com.

Sometimes couriers will mark an order as delivered 24-48 hours early. If you have not receive your order after this time frame, please contact us at hello@zenathletics.com within 7 days of the delivery date so we can assist you further.
