All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer free shipping for orders $99 Canada only (before taxes, and after any discounts are applied) with some conditions. Dumbbells and heavy items are not included in the free shipping offer.
Pick up is also available in our warehouse at Trimax Sports Inc. 510 East Kent Avenue South, Vancouver BC V3T 0A2. Pick up hours are available between 9 am to 4 pm.
